What do you make your meads from?

Only honey from our own family apiaries in the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland (Jura, Poland), water and yeast. No added sugar, nothing artificial. Flavoured meads use natural additions, like our own smoked plums in "Śliwka na dymie".

What meads do you offer?

Currently: No.1 (a classic trójniak), Śliwka na dymie (smoked-plum trójniak), Wybornik (a bochet-style dwójniak — 1st place at the CHIP 2026 international competition), Faworytnik (a sparkling mint-lime czwórniak), and seasonally Złoty and Zachwytnik. See the shop for the current line-up.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently deliver within Poland only (InPost, 16.99 zł, free over 100 zł). Ordering a gift for someone in Poland from abroad works great: just enter their Polish address at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayU online payments: BLIK, fast bank transfers, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do I need to be 18 to buy?

Yes. Mead is an alcoholic beverage — we sell to adults only.

How should I store and serve mead?

Unopened bottles: cool, dark place, upright — they age gracefully for years. Opened: refrigerated, best within 14 days. Serve at room temperature or lightly chilled; rich dwójniaks show best at room temperature, lighter styles take light chilling well.

What are trójniak, dwójniak, czwórniak?

Traditional Polish mead classes describing the honey-to-water ratio: the more honey, the richer, sweeter and longer-aged the mead. Dwójniak (1:1) is rich and dessert-like; trójniak (1:2) is the golden middle; czwórniak (1:3) is the lightest, closest to wine.

Can I return my order?

Yes — within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. Refunds within 14 days of receiving the return. Damaged parcel? File a courier damage report and email us.
